Leftovers

(aired 9/3/10)

summer

For every show my list of potential songs is longer than the playlist that actually gets airtime. Thanks to the multitude of ideas from listeners, I usually have more than my 60-90 minutes of worthy suggestions.

So this week I’ve gone back through the lists of songs that I never got a chance to play, picking out some of my favorites to feature on today’s show. They now get the attention they deserve. This project made me realize that there have been 61 different Maya’s Mix shows so far! I have faith we’ll never run out of interesting theme ideas.
