Peace Talks Radio

Peace Talks Radio on peacemaking and non-violent conflict resolution was created by Paul Ingles and Susan Kryder in response to the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. The program is produced monthly and has been broadcast from its base at KUNM since 2003. Over one hundred radio stations carry the program and KSKQ is proud to be one of those.

Paul Ingles has been broadcasting since 1975. His career has included working at radio stations in Washington, DC, Ohio, South Carolina and New Mexico. As an independent radio producer, he has produced a wide variety of shows ranging from music to popular culture, media literacy and more. His programs has been syndicated on NPR and other networks. In 2003, the Radio Television News Directors Association honored is reporting with the Edward R. Murray Award.

Suzanne Kryder

Suzanned Kryder has a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico, an M.S. from George Washington University, and a B.S. from the University of Georgia. She hosted Peace Talks Radio for two years, starting in 2002 and returned as a volunteer in 2006. In 2007, she assumed the position of executive director of the program.
