The topic is the low income rental crisis that is taking place in Southern Orengon and in other cities across the country.  A collage of interviews: the first is Leigh, the Director of a local resource center who knows of 12 elders who will be sleeping on the street of this small town this frosty night.  Then Charu,a 96 year-old woman whose rent was raised by 50% one month after a new property owner took over. Debby is a senior who prefers not to talk about how she became homeless.  Wyne is 58 and lost his home after caring for his mother for 14 years.  Steve is 69 with back problems, lost his Social Security Income due to a paperwork glitch and, consequently, lost his cozy apartment
