On February 19,2005 the general meeting decided to adopt the proposal created by the Organizational committee to establish a initial framework for decision making and moving forward.

5 sub-committees are established to move the process forward.

Core Work Group (ISC - Interim Steering Committee)

• set general membership meeting agendas
• manage the logistics of the meetings
• self-selected
• at some point the group may dissolve or morph into a 'steering committee'

• 1 general manager versus a team

Radio Board

The Radio Board will be policy making body. It will consist of representatives from :

• the Multi Cultural Association of Southern Oregon
• Peace House
• a yet to be named representative of the local Spiritual Community
• Media Eye
• radio staffers
• general community members
• the number of members on the board is yet to be determined (12?)

The MCA Board legal and fiscal responsibility license holder a radio representative will sit on the MCA board The Radio Board will interface with the MCA board.

Staff

A traditional corporate radio structure would consist of:

• General Manager
• Program Directer
• Sales Manager
• Traffic Manager
• Broadcast Engineer, Sound Engineer
  Production Department (in-house)all extra or additional production will be billed on a per hour basis. KSKQ Does not provide production Services for free. Price schedual TBD.
